Where do you deliver?

We ship to street addresses in the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Shipping is free. We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes or military addresses.

When will my order arrive?

The RONNE jewelry case has an estimated delivery of 4–8 calendar days. Our document organizer, toiletry organizer and makeup brush pouch have estimated delivery of 4–10 business days. These estimates include processing. See each product page for its current details.

How do I track my order?

We email tracking after your order ships. Items from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages.

What is included?

Each listing states exactly what is included, along with dimensions, materials and color. Jewelry, cosmetics, brushes and other styling accessories are not included unless the listing says otherwise.

How do returns work?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please read our shipping and return policy for eligibility, return shipping costs and damaged-item help.

Can I change an order?

Email hello@farandfold.com as soon as possible with your order number. Changes and cancellations depend on whether the supplier has started processing the order.
